Project Description: Harris Health is accepting offers from qualified consultants that will facilitate and develop a five (5) and ten (10) year strategic financial plan for Harris Health System that will complement and build upon the existing strategic financial plan, the 2026-2030 strategic plan that is currently being developed, and the existing 2021-2025 strategic plan. The strategic financial plan will reflect implementation of the strategic plan and strategic facilities plan, program/service line development, and incremental growth and enhancement based upon the strategic capital program supported by the 2023 bond referendum in Harris County.
