Description: The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority requires approximately 53 pounds of phosphorous credits to address post construction stormwater management quality requirements related to various construction projects located at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). IAD is located in service area HUC No. 02070008 and DCA is located in service area HUC No. 02070010 of the Potomac River Basin.
