NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25252046 – Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Review and Compliance Monitoring 2025

The Contractor shall provide all services required to assist the Contracting Agency with Contract Quality Assurance (CQA) Services for SWPPP compliance and reporting under the requirements of the Alaska Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (APDES). It is anticipated there will be approximately 20 to 40 projects per year. In addition, when requested, the Contractor shall review and evaluate project specific Erosion and Sediment Control Plans for adequacy and constructability.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately July 2025 to July 2026.  It is anticipated that the annual amount of this contract will be in the range of $500,000 to $1,000,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available May 7, 2025 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 4111 Aviation Avenue in Anchorage, AK. Persons residing outside the Municipality may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 269-0408.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than June 4, 2025, prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
