RFP - 2025 Storm Water Master Planning

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Sealed proposals for a master planning initiative will be received in the office of the Public Works Director at the City Service Center, 110 West Progress Circle, Cortez, CO 81321 until 3:00 PM MST on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.  This project seeks to create a collection of guiding documents that will assist in the effective operation and maintenance of the City’s storm water drainage system.

The work shall comply with the requirements of all federal, state, and local laws without limitation, and shall apply to this RFP and any subsequent contract as though incorporated herein by reference.

To obtain a copy of the Scope of Work and Requirements, contact the Public Works Department in the City Service Center at 970.565.7320, or go to the City’s website at www.cortezco.gov .

A minimum of three (3) hard copies and (1) soft copy PDF via email or USB drive shall be submitted via mail or in person to the department of Public Works. Proposals shall be received by the City No Later Than 3:00 p.m. MST, on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.   Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “ 2025 Storm Water Master Planning” and with the name of the proposer.

The City reserves the right to waive any formality or any informality in the process of awarding this proposal. The City reserves the right to accept any proposal, in whole or in part, and to reject any or all proposals if it be deemed in the best interest of the City to do so.
