Proposals must be received at East Hartford Public Schools, Department of Student Support Services, 1110 Main Street, East Hartford, CT 06108 no later than 12:00 PM on Monday, April 6, 2026. Names of respondents will be publicly read aloud at that time. If attending, access to the building via the front door will only be granted from 11:45AM through 12:00 PM sharp.
