The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals for specifications, conceptual design, and cost estimating services for the Aquatic Park at Noyes Complex. Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph until 3:00 P.M. on January 22, 2025.
