RFP# 2026052 SPARTANBURG COUNTY BALLENGER ROAD CULVERT EXTENSION PROJECT.

This project extends the existing culvert out an additional 8 feet on each side to add road shoulder and guard rail. Work includes tree cutting, clearing and grubbing, muck removal, earthwork cut and fill, culvert extension, rip rap, sediment and erosion control, grass and matting, installation of new guard rail. The existing pavement is in excellent condition and must be protected during construction.
