Project Description: The City of St George is seeking a new tenant to serve food & beverage and operate the café to the golf customers at Southgate Golf Club.
All proposals become the property of The City of St. George. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and select proposals deemed to be in the entity's best interest. The City reserves the right to negotiate to determine the firm's or individual's choice to do the necessary work.
