RFP 25.087 – Senior Privacy Officer

This Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by BC Transit to prospective Proponents to submit proposals to provide Senior Privacy Officer as further described in Sections A, B, and C of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This Request for Proposal seeks a Senior Privacy Officer that will support BC Transit’s ongoing compliance with privacy legislation and internal standards by serving as a subject matter expert, organizational coordinator, and privacy lead for specific areas. This role combines oversight of requirements and best practices for external consultants and their deliverables, direct execution of privacy activities, and collaboration across departments to embed privacy requirements and best practices into procurement, systems, and operations.
