INVITATION TO RFP
Proposals, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received by the ONEIDA
COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY AND COMMUNITY SERVICES until 3:00
P.M., local time on Friday, October 9, 2026, for:
Senior Nutrition Congregate Meal Services
RFP- # 2026-457
Proposals will be received by the Oneida County Department of Family and Community
Services, Contract Administration Office, 800 Park Avenue, 4th Floor, Utica, NY 13501
until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, October 9, 2026.
Copies of the described RFP may be examined at no expense at the Oneida County
Department of Family and Community Services, Contract Administration, or may be
downloaded from https://oneidacountyny.gov/departments/purchasing/rfps/
Proposals must be returned on the form furnished. The return envelope must be clearly
marked with the RFP # and addressed to the Oneida County Department of Family and
Community Services Contract Administration.
The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received.
