Description
The Town of Fairfield (“Town”) on behalf of its Parks and Recreation Department is seeking proposals from experienced Contractors for the complete operation of the seasonal snack bar located at Lake Mohegan, 960 Morehouse Highway, Fairfield, CT. The facility is currently classified as “Class I” which is an itinerant food vending establishment with commercially prepackaged foods and/or hot or cold beverages only. No preparation, cooking or hot holding of potentially hazardous foods is included, except that commercially packaged precooked foods may be heated and served in the original package within four (4) hours.
