Ni River Water Treatment Plant Upgrade and Rehabilitation

This Addendum is issued in accordance with the RFP Terms & Conditions and is intended to provide

additional information and clarification to Respondents.

This Addendum consists of three (3) items which are listed below and are an integral part of the RFP to

which it is attached, and is incorporated therein and made part thereof by this reference.

Item 1 – Changes to RFP

1.1 The Proposal Due Date has been extended to March 6th, 2026 at 2:00 PM.

Item 2 – Q&A

2.1 Would it be possible to have record drawings of the existing control building and filter building

posted? Including drawings showing the dimensions of the existing filter basins?

ANSWER: Drawings are included with this addendum attached hereto as Attachment A.

2.2 Would the County consider extending the Due Date for the RFP considering the complexity of the

project?

ANSWER: See Item 1 – Changes to RFP.

2.3 Project team resumes are not included in requirements in the RFP. Would shorter summaries

containing relevant career experience be acceptable for demonstrating qualifications?

ANSWER: Yes, this is acceptable if the offeror feels this best demonstrates fulfillment of the

necessary qualifications and staff experience.

2.4 Can Spotsylvania projects and staff be used as past performance examples and references?

ANSWER: Spotsylvania projects can be provided as performance and experience examples, but not

for references provided in Attachment E of the RFP.

2.5 RFP states the proposal should be organized in the order in which the requirements are presented in

the RFP, is that referring to the order of the evaluation criteria?

ANSWER: Reference Section VI. Proposal Requirements of the RFP and Addendum 3, Item 1.

Offerors technical proposal should include details identified in Section III. Scope of Services and

Section VII. Proposal Evaluation Criteria of the RFP.
