RFP25-013 SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION OPERATIONAL AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT STUDY (PARENT STUDENT DROP OFF AND BUS LOADING UNLOADING

The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to to study / analyze the conditions (the present educational transportation infrastructure, patterns and systems) and make recommendations of improvement or adjustments to the present Parent/Student or Bus Drop Off system and infrastructure. The consultant will conduct a thorough analysis and create a detailed report for the schools of Chapman Elementary, Homer Middle, Kenai Middle, and Mountain View Elementary.

A pre-proposal conference will be held via Zoom on October 24, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
