RFP# 260003135 - SCCC APS Kitchen Drain Floor Repairs
The Alaska Department of Corrections, Division of Administrative Services is soliciting proposals for the replacement of the underground waste and drain piping, floor drains, trench drains, traps, cleanouts, grease interceptors in the APS Building Kitchen at Spring Creek Correctional Center in Seward, Alaska.
The RFP Deadline is on March 12, 2026 @ 2:00 p.m., Local Time.
Contact: Request for the RFP documents and all questions should be directed to Michael Lim, Procurement Manager, 907-465-6014 or by email: michael.lim@alaska.gov
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All contractors will need to contact Michael Lim to pick up the drawings from Department of Corrections, 802 3rd Street, Suite 224, Douglas, Alaska 99824; or can be requested via email. Drawings will not be posted online, faxed or provided to any plans room.
Individuals with disabilities, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modification to submit a bid/proposal should contact the procurement section listed above or the TTD number (907) 465-3274, no later than 5 days prior to the submittal date to make any necessary arrangement.
