Proposals for this RFP will be accepted on a rolling basis in four rounds, Rounds 1 through 4, through August 5, 2026. Proposals received by the deadline of each round will be reviewed, evaluated, and awarded accordingly. Please refer to the Timeline for each round's deadlines.
Round 1: Proposals Due October 21, 2025 no later than 2:00 PM Pacific Time
Round 2: Proposals Due January 28, 2026 no later than 2:00 PM Pacific Time
Round 3: Proposals Due April 29, 2026 no later than 2:00 PM Pacific Time
Round 4: Proposals Due August 5, 2026 no later than 2:00 PM Pacific Time
