REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - Sampling and Laboratory Analysis Services August 2025

The Western Virginia Water Authority (Authority) Environmental Programs Division is accepting proposals for Sampling and Laboratory Analysis Services. The project will require the collection of samples, as well as analytical services for chemical, biological, and physical testing. All analysis required must be performed in accordance with 40 CFR 136, Code of Federal Regulations, and comply with all other local, state, and federal standards.
Service Area: The Authority provides water and sewer services to residents and businesses in Roanoke City, Roanoke, Botetourt and Franklin Counties, Town of Vinton, a portion of Craig/Newcastle area and contractually provides wastewater service to the City of Salem.
