The School Committee of the City of Somerville invites sealed proposals for:
A Provider for A College and Career Youth Development and Support Program
Districtwide for Middle School Grade Students for FY27
Each Proposal shall be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked "Price
Proposal for Provider Services for A College and Career Youth Development and Program for
Middle School Grade Students" and a "Non-Price Proposal for Provider Services for A College
and Career Youth Development and Program for Middle School Grade Students" in accordance
with the Request for Proposal and Contract Documents which may be obtained at the Finance
Office, Somerville School Department, 167 Holland Street, 3rd Floor, Somerville, MA 02144 on
or after September 17, 2026 between the hours of Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. and 4:30
p.m.
All Proposals shall be filed no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at the
Finance Office, Somerville School Department, 167 Holland Street, 3rd Floor, Somerville, MA
02144. Proposals will be reviewed by an Evaluation Committee which may include possible
interviews with the proposal finalists.

The School Committee of the City of Somerville reserves the right to reject any or all proposals
or any part or parts thereof, waive any minor informality in the Proposal process and to award
the Contract that is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Somerville School
Department.
