RFP# RS-26-01 Development Impact Fee Services

The Town of Davie is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals for the development of a Development Impact Fees Study (Study) that includes an appropriate and legally defensible municipal services impact fee methodology and fee schedules.

Specifically, the Successful Consultant will evaluate and recommend revisions to the following existing Town development impact fees:
• Parks and Recreation;
• Fire and Rescue;
• Police; and
• General Government

The estimated budget for this project is $100,000.00.
