Project Description: SCOPE: A term service contract for the maintenance and repair of roofing systems on all buildings owned by the NFTA. Inspections, preventive maintenance, general repairs and emergency service will be required on a vast range of roofs supplied by various manufacturers.
PRE-PROPOSAL/SITE INSPECTION: A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held on February 26, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. EST.
The prospective contractor is required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal.
Registration is required to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Inspection. To register, CLICK on the “Ask a Question” button located next to the Questions Due Date in Bonfire to submit your request to attend (include your name, company, phone number, and email address). Proponents must register by February 24,2026, by 4:00 P.M. EST.
QUESTION DUE DATE: March 4, 2026 11:00 A.M. EST.
