The Alamo Colleges District will be closed on the following dates:
˃ Monday March 9 to 13, 2026 – Spring Break
˃ Tuesday March 31, 2026 – Cesar Chavez Day

Any contract awarded by the Board of Trustees as a result of
the RFP may begin upon award and extend for an initial term
of seven (7) years with the District’s option to renew and/or
extend the contract for three (3) terms of up to two (2) years
each.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The respondents to this RFP must have the following minimum qualifications.
Failure to meet minimum qualifications may be grounds for rejection. Alamo
Colleges District reserves the right to reject Proposals that fail to include this
information with the Offerors Proposal submission.

with proposal submission: Offeror must provide documentation that their firm
has ROCIP Services experience with a minimum of $100M project value.
