RFP: Rochester Community Sports Complex Water Infiltration
Overview
The Rochester Community Sports Complex Stadium was built in 2005. The stadium suites were constructed after the original construction in 2009. The suites are used extensively from March through September for sports games and marching band events.
Since 2016, the ongoing water infiltration has affected all stadium suites, as well as the pantry, press box, and restrooms.
The scope will include investigations, design, bid, award, and construction administration services for locating all possible water infiltration in the suites and the surrounding stadium. Provide services for all phases of survey, scoping, design, bid, award, and construction oversight for the water infiltration mitigation and finishes repair.
Pre-proposal site walk-through
A pre-proposal meeting for interested consultants will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 460 Oak Street, Rochester, NY 14608.
