Description
Project Description: The Allegheny County Department of Public Works seeks a new, standalone, AI enabled roadway condition analysis system that produces objective pavement data and supports long term planning. The system will generate its own condition scores, distress classifications, and treatment recommendations using vendor scans or DPW recorded video, all aligned to the County’s authoritative GIS roadway segments. It will also support light-touch ingestion of monthly notes, limited complaint trend visualization, and selective October rating imports—without recreating or ingesting any legacy spreadsheets, videos, or workflows.
