RFP #RFP 23-28 - San Joaquin County Public Health Services Website Design & Development

San Joaquin County Public Health Services (PHS) is seeking a qualified Content Management System (CMS) website developer/designer consultant to provide website design services, development, and support services integrating into Sitefinity CMS platform for www.SJCPHS.org . The CMS will contain narratives, images, and hyperlinks related to our 17 primary programs, as well as connectors to our social media accounts, press releases, and other informing materials. This technological improvement will allow our organization to better serve the community through enhanced public relations, messaging, and user accessibility and functionality. We also intend for this new platform to interface more cohesively with social media accounts and our key County partner organizations.
