RFP #RFP 23-17 - Post COVID-19 Emerging Diseases Program Communications Plan

San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS) Emerging Disease Program (EDP) is seeking a qualified Media/Marketing consultant to establish a comprehensive communication plan demonstrating inclusive community engagement addressing many goals. Increase COVID-19 vaccination rates among vulnerable populations. Increase COVID-19 test to treat site utilization rates. Increase public understanding of Long COVID. Improve SJCPHS communicable disease messaging practice by taking into consideration the health literacy of San Joaquin County residents. Improve upon and create innovative elements for an existing risk communication plan. Expand efforts demonstrating SJCPHS’ organizational commitment to health equity and confirming its expertise in health information and services.
