RFP - Revaluation 2027

The Town of Roxbury is seeking sealed proposals for the Revaluation of all Real Estate, effective for the Grand List of October 1, 2027, in accordance with the Town’s specifications.

Sealed proposals will be received by mail or hand delivered to the Selectmen’s Office, Roxbury Town Hall, 29 North Street, P.O. Box 203, Roxbury, CT 06783, until 1:59 p.m., May 12, 2026, and then opened publicly. Proposals must be clearly marked for RFP for Revaluation on the envelope.

The Town of Roxbury reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town, including selecting other than the lowest responsible bidder.
