Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Respite Services for Older Adults and Caregivers . Please refer to RFP #26-485 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, February 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST . Register with the buyer, Garrison Frey, at Gfrey@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Due Date: Thursday, February 26, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov. PLEASE NOTE THAT REGISTRATION WILL TAKE TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS.  Proposals will be opened via Microsoft Teams Meeting - Register with the buyer at Gfrey@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link or you may dial in by phone: 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 289 747 764#.
