A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on July 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST .  You must be registered as a vendor  in OpenGov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 435 815 397# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date: July 27, 2026, by 1:00 PM EST. Proposals must be submitted electronically through OpenGov
Proposals will be opened virtually via Microsoft Teams.  No late proposals will be accepted.
