RFP: Residential Electronic Waste Recycling Program

The Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (“DOTI”), City and County of Denver (“City”), has issued a Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) for the Residential Electronic Waste Recycling Program. RFP documents will be available for download at www.bidnetdirect.com/cityandcountyofdenverdoti .

General Statement of Work: The City and County of Denver is seeking a qualified e-Stewards certified Recycler to provide electronic waste (“e-waste”) recycling for the Solid Waste Management Division’s Residential Electronic Waste Recycling Program.

Questions Deadline: October 21, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. local time.

Proposals will only be received via the online electronic bid service through BidNet . Proposals are due at 2:00 p.m. on October 30, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Minimum Wage: City contracts are subject to payment of City Minimum Wage established pursuant to Section 20-82 through 20-84 DRMC.

General: As the City’s best interests may appear, the Executive Director of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI) reserves the right to waive informalities in, and to reject any or all, proposals.
