REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR STRATEGIC PLANNING SERVICES FOR THE
CITY OF ROANOKE REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY

The City of Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) seeks a consultant to support RRHA’s Board of Commissioners, RRHA staff, and key stakeholders in a strategic planning process to create a five-year strategic plan to guide the administrative and programmatic direction of the organization. The consultant will work with a Strategic Planning Task Force made up of members of the Board and RRHA staff to craft an implement the strategic planning process.
