NOTICE TO VENDORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on March 18, 2025, at 2:30 PM prevailing time at Division of Purchasing, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for:


RFP 25-04 - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) – COMPETITIVE CONTRACTING SPECIALIZED LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES


Questions and request for information (RFI) must be in writing and may be addressed to the Purchasing Agent VIA E-MAIL to purchasing@hobokennj.gov by 12pm on February 27, 2025. The City will not entertain any more questions after this deadline.


A non-mandatory walkthrough of ResilienCity Park will be conducted on February 26, 2025, at 11:00am, the meeting location will be the park Pavilion. Interested vendors must register with Destiny Rodriguez, drodriguez@hobokennj.gov, no later than 12:00pm on February 25, 2025. All parks and right-of-way green infrastructure included in the scope of work pursuant to this RFP are publicly accessible that potential vendors are welcome to visit.


The City of Hoboken is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide soliciting proposals for one or more vendor(s) to provide specialized landscape maintenance services including but not limited to maintenance of green infrastructure on public rights-of-way and in resiliency parks, lawn rehabilitation, aeration and seeding, irrigation, and other specific park maintenance tasks.

Specification and other RFP information may be obtained by sending an email (below) to the Division of Purchasing, Hoboken City Hall, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030, during regular business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm).


Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
