REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR A QUALIFIED ORGANIZATION TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT A SPORTS SKILLS CAMP PROGRAM AT JAMES G ATKINSON PARK FOR CHILDREN FROM AGE THREE (3) YEARS OLD THROUGH TEN (10) YEARS OLD.
