RFP-26-040 - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ALL AREA PLAN PROGRAMS.

The Gloucester County Purchasing Director, a qualified purchasing agent, is accepting sealed proposals for programs serving Gloucester County Residents 60 years of age and over, and their adult caregivers. The following services have been established for funding for the year commencing January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026:

Community Support: Adult Medical Day Care, Personal Care, Adult  Protective Services (APS), Legal Assistance, Free Simple Wills, Title III D Evidence Based Physical Health Promotion/Stress Busting for Caregivers”, Physical Activity, Counseling, Education, and Socialization/Recreation/Aide to Municipal Centers. Blind/Visually Impaired Counseling.

Home Support:            Housekeeping, Friendly Visiting program,

Access:                          Transportation, Assisted Transportation. Blind/Visually Impaired Care     Management

National Family            Information and Assistance, Care Management,

National Caregiver Support        Emergency, Support Group, Group Education,                               Grandparent Services

Proposals must be submitted by August 12, 2025, 10:00 am in person or via US mail to: Kim Larter Purchasing Agent, the Gloucester County Purchasing Department, 2 South Broad Street,  Woodbury, N.J., 08096. Submission of a proposal does not guarantee funding. Proposal packages and additional information may be obtained on or after July 7, 2025, by contacting the Gloucester County Division of Senior Services at 856-686-8342. All interested parties are encouraged to attend a Technical Assistance Meeting which will be held on July 24, 2025, at 10:00 p.m., in the Large Conference Room, at the Division of Senior Services, 115 Budd Boulevard, West Deptford, N.J. 08096. Technical Assistance is also available by phone, or by appointment.
