Project Description: SCOPE: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) seeks qualified Contractors to submit detailed proposals that meet the minimum acceptable criteria set forth herein for purchase and installation of a 5-ton air Handler and Air-Cooled Condensing replacement units delivered F.O.B Destination to 93 Oak St Buffalo, New York.
The scope of work for this procurement includes removal of existing units and delivery and installation of the new units. Included in the scope of work is all labor, tools, material equipment, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as outlined herein. The work is subject to NYS Prevailing Wage Rates
GOALS: 4% MBE, 5% WBE, & 5% SDVOB
PRE-PROPOSAL/SITE INSPECTION: A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held on September 4, 2025, at 1:00 PM EDT.
The prospective contractor is required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal.
