(RFP) Refractory Repair Services at Northside Generating Station (NGS)

The purpose of this solicitation is to select a contractor to provide Refractory Repair Services for JEA, described herein (the "Work").
The Scope of Services includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, consumables, and subcontractors necessary for refractory demolition, installation, and dry out which includes:
I.        Brick mason work and anchor installation
II.        Ramming
III.        Pour casting
IV.        Dry gunning
V.        Spray applications
VI.        Materials & equipment receiving, unloading, hauling, staging, and storage at designated locations
VII.        Qualifications Testing (both material and applicator) and the performance of other associated operations for all material, structures, equipment, and accessories described herein
