Description

The Ministry of Environment and Parks, Recreation Sites and Trails BC, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for recreation site maintenance services in the Port McNeill area for the period April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, with possible two additional years of renewal upon successful and satisfactory completion of the first year.
The work will involve the pre-season recreation site maintenance, cleaning of facilities, weekly routine maintenance and repairs on recreation sites identified in Operational Service Contract RC262390002.
Sealed RFP’s will be accepted until 12:00p.m. (Pacific Time) March 3, 2025.  RFP’s will be opened in private at 1:00p.m. (Pacific Time) March 3, 2025. The bids will be publicly posted when the successful bidder is confirmed.

There will not be an information meeting held for this opportunity.
