RFP – Real Estate Brokerage Services for Osceola Elementary School Property Sale

The School District of Osceola is soliciting proposals from qualified real estate brokerage firms to provide brokerage and related services for the potential sale of the Osceola Elementary School property located at 250 10th Avenue, Osceola, Wisconsin. The property consists of approximately 14.87 acres and a 72,560-square-foot school building.

The selected firm will assist the District with property valuation, marketing, negotiations, transaction coordination, and related services associated with the sale process. The District is seeking a broker with experience in public-sector property transactions, redevelopment opportunities, and community-focused projects.

Proposal documents are available from the School District of Osceola. Proposals must be submitted electronically no later than 4:30 p.m. on July 9, 2026. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to modify or discontinue the process at any time.
