The City of Fayetteville, Georgia seeks consultant(s) for a community planning process that results in the development of a forward-thinking, realistic, and impactful Comprehensive Plan. The selected consultant will lead an inclusive participatory initiative to create a strategy for the physical and economic development of the City for the next 20 years. The Plan will propose long-range implementation strategies and o¿er practical day-to-day guidance. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.

Instructions for preparation and submission of the proposal are contained on the City of Fayetteville¿s website, https://www.fayetteville-ga.gov/140/Bid-Opportunities. Any changes to the conditions and specifications for this RFP must be in the form of a written addendum to be valid; therefore, the City will issue a written addendum to document all approved changes. Any proposal submitted which does not acknowledge the receipt of an addendum will not be considered.
