RFP # PW 25-04: Bayside Landing Marina Improvements in Rock Hall, MDs

The County Commissioners of Kent County, Maryland, a body corporate and politic and a political subdivision of the State of Maryland (the “County”), is requesting proposals from bidders to perform improvements and upgrades, including but not limited to demolishing, removing, and replacing of existing docks, finger piers, mooring piles, and portions of bulkheads, along with associated electrical and plumbing service improvements to the Bayside Landing Park Marina, located in Rock Hall, Maryland. Bid documents are publicly posted and available on both the County’s website ( https://www.kentcounty.com/government/rfp ) and the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) website. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 10:00am on October 15 ^th , 2024 at the Project Site: Bayside Landing Park Marina in Rock Hall, MD. All questions and inquiries regarding the terms of this RFP, which must be submitted in writing or via email, should be directed to Daniel F. Mattson, P.E., C.F.M., C.M.E., Director of Public Works, at DMattson@KentGov.org , no later than 12:00 p.m. on October 21 ^st , 2024 . A summary of all submitted inquiries and responses will be published in an addendum and distributed within 48 business hours of the above due date. All bids (which shall include all addenda, printed and signed) are due by or before 1 0 :00 a.m. on October 29 ^th , 2024 (per Addendum No. 2) November 6th, 2024, at which time the bid opening will take place at the Kent County Department of Public Works, 709 Morgnec Rd, Chestertown, MD 21620.
