Solicitation Summary
The County Commissioners of Kent County, Maryland, a body corporate and politic and a political subdivision of the State of Maryland (the “County”),
is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit qualified land developers to purchase and fully develop a County-owned property known as the Village at Kennedyville . The successful proposer (“Developer”) will assume ownership of the property and be responsible for completing the planned residential development in accordance with existing County-approved development plans.
