RFP - Purchase of Anthracite Filter Media Project No. 7144

Sealed Proposals for the Purchase of Anthracite Filter Media will be accepted by Michelle Mann, Procurement Specialist, electronically via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/details/4617 (Bid Locker)  until 2:00:00 p.m., local time, on January 9, 2024. Any Proposals received after the specified time will not be considered. It is each Proposer’s responsibility when submitting its Proposal electronically via Bid Locker, to ensure timely delivery by submitting its Proposal sufficiently in advance of the deadline. Before Proposers can submit their Proposal, they will need to register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Home/bidlockerus . There is no cost to register. Clean Water Services (Owner) will not accept Proposals by facsimile or email.

Proposals will not be opened and read publicly.

Owner is seeking to purchase the following Goods:

1.      Anthracite Media

The Goods shall be delivered to the Durham Water Resource Recovery Facility, 16580 SW 85th Ave., Tigard, Oregon 97224 (Sites).

Successful Proposer will be required to furnish the Bond(s) prescribed in RFP Documents. Proposers need not be licensed under ORS 468A.710 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement).

Owner reserves the right to cancel this solicitation or reject any or all Proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements or when Owner finds that the Proposer is not responsible as that term is used in any applicable Owner’s Purchasing Rules and ORS 279A.010(1)(r). Owner may reject for good cause any or all Proposals upon a finding by Owner that it is in the public interest to do so.
