San Francisco Public Works (Public Works), a department of the City and County of San Francisco (City), announces a Request for Proposals (RFP), seeking qualified consultants to provide asset management program support services for Public Works. Services may include resource planning, asset data management, analysis, reporting, and related support necessary to implement and maintain the City’s asset management program. |

The contract resulting from this RFP will have an initial term of 3 years. Public Works intends to award one (1) contract with an estimated contract amount of $750,000 for the initial term. Public Works reserves the right to increase or reduce the contract amount to be awarded, consistent with City requirements and available funding. |

San Francisco Public Works (Public Works), a department of the City and County of San Francisco
(City), announces a Request for Proposals (RFP), seeking qualified consultants to provide asset
management program support services for Public Works. Services may include resource planning,
asset data management, analysis, reporting, and related support necessary to implement and
maintain the City's asset management program.
The contract resulting from this RFP will have an initial term of 3 years. Public Works intends to
award one (1) contract with an estimated contract amount of $750,000 for the initial term. Public
Works reserves the right to increase or reduce the contract amount to be awarded, consistent
with City requirements and available funding.
The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting requirement has been waived by the Contract
Monitoring Division (CMD). Additional information regarding CMD requirements is provided in the
RFP.

A. A virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 11:00
AM, Pacific Time via Microsoft Teams. Physical presence is not required.

B. Interested Proposers must register in advance of the Pre-Proposal Conference using the
following registration link: https://forms.office.com/g/uqcLh1JdXd. After registering,
participants will receive the Microsoft Teams meeting invitation.
C. Any questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by 5:00 PM, Pacific Time on April 24,
2026. Questions may be submitted through the Pre-Proposal Conference registration
form or via email to the Contract Administrator at ContractAdmin.Staff@Sfdpw.org.
Proposal Submittal: Proposers must upload their complete Proposals into the City's Supplier
Portal: https://sfcitypartner.sfgov.org/pages/index.aspx no later than 2:00 PM Pacific Time
on May 07, 2026, as specified in the RFP. Late submittals will not be considered.
Limitations on Communications During Solicitation: From the date this Solicitation is issued
until the date the competitive process of this Solicitation is completed (either by cancellation or
final Award), Proposers and their subcontractors, vendors, representatives and/or other parties
under Proposer's control, shall communicate solely with the Contract Administrator whose name
appears in this Solicitation. Any attempt to communicate with any party other than the Contract
Administrator whose name appears in this Solicitation - including any City official, representative
or employee - is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this communications protocol may, at
the sole discretion of City, result in the disqualification of the Proposer or potential Proposer from
the competitive process. This protocol does not apply to communications with the City regarding
business not related to this Solicitation.
