RFP #26078 Public Safety Software System Consulting

Sealed proposals from firms interested in providing Consulting Services for a Public Safety Software System for the City of Portland shall be submitted electronically to bidsubmit@portlandmaine.gov with the name of the Proposer, Project name and RFP number in the subject line and will be received until 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read. Proposals may also be submitted via USPS, UPS, FedEx or in person to the City of Portland, Purchasing Rm. 103, 389 Congress St., Portland ME 04101. It is the proposer’s sole responsibility to ensure that their proposal is submitted prior to the date and time specified. Late proposals shall not be accepted.

Email attachments must not exceed 25MB total; you will receive a confirmation email from bidsubmit@portlandmaine.gov if your submission is successful.

Proposals shall remain open to acceptance for ninety (90) days from their opening Copies of the above documents are available by contacting the Purchasing Office either by e-mail purchasing@portlandmaine.gov or phone (207) 874-8654. Each prospective bidder will be required to obtain from the City each copy of the proposal form and each set of plans.
