RFP ? Public Safety Building Make-Up Air, Condenser, and Domestic Water Improvements Project No. 23016

The City of Rochester, through its Architectural Services department, is soliciting proposals for architecture, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services to include concept development, design, bid, construction administration services, and commissioning from teams with expertise in facility HVAC and plumbing refurbishments; progressing to schematic design, design development, and contract documents.

The consultant shall develop plans to refurbish the make-up air unit and condenser as well as components of the domestic water system serving the Public Safety Building. Refer to the RFP for further information regarding specific needs. The consultant will work with City personnel from the Department of Environmental Services, including Architectural Services and Building Services.

Pre-Proposal Walkthrough

A pre-proposal walkthrough for interested consultants will be held at 10:00 a.m. on December 16 ^th , 2022 at the Public Safety Building, 185 Exchange Blvd, Rochester, NY 14614
