REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF LAUDERHILL is seeking sealed proposals for the following work as specified:
PUBLIC ART CONSULTANT SERVICES RFP# 2026-052
CITY OF LAUDERHILL, FLORIDA Proposals shall be submitted electronically through the City's Ion Wave e-Procurement System no later than 10:45 A.M. (EST) on August 06, 2026. The City of Lauderhill is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide professional Public Art Consultant Services to the City Commission, Public Art Committee, City Manager, and City staff. The successful Consultant shall provide professional guidance in the planning, acquisition, administration, implementation, conservation, maintenance, promotion, and long-term management of the City's Public Art Program. The City intends to award a non-exclusive agreement for an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) additional one-year renewal options,subject to City Commission approval. The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents may be obtained beginning July 16, 2026, through the City of Lauderhill's electronic procurement system (Ion Wave) at https://lauderhill.ionwave.net . It is the sole responsibility of each proposer to obtain the complete solicitation package, including all addenda, through the City's electronic procurement system. The City shall not be responsible for incomplete solicitation documents obtained from any source other than Ion Wave. All proposers must be registered with the City of Lauderhill's Ion Wave e-Procurement System prior to submitting a proposal. Registration is available at: https://lauderhill.ionwave.net |
