RFP No 2025-0074-PSDTS
ADDENDUM NO. 1
Dear Proponents,
This addendum is issued to reflect the following immediately. It shall be the responsibility of
interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the RFP as identified in this Addendum
No. 1. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files.
Attachment A: Pre-proposal Agenda and Sign-In Sheet
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:
1. What is the current primary alerting method to notify responders of a call?
A. Examples: Radio Frequency (RF) via base radio/mobile radio at each station,
Internet Protocol (IP) via CAD API, or Other
Answer: The primary alerting method in our stations is Radio Frequency via a base
radio at each station. All stations have speakers throughout the station while one station has
lighting tied to the base station which turns on when a call is received.
B. Is that alert specific to the unit(s) assigned to the call, the station(s) assigned
to the call, or department-wide for all calls?
Answer: Each station has its own two-tone radio alert. Thus, we do not page each
individual unit, only a station tone and the paid staff identifies which crews/apparatus need to
respond.

full coverage and best suits the needs of the department?
Answer: YES. Floor plans will be provided to the selected Offeror.
3. Can you please provide POC info from Central Square to discuss implementation and
associated costs, if required?
Answer: YES. POC information will be provided to the selected Offeror.
Please add Addendum No. 1 to the original proposal documents and refer to proposal
