RFP - Provision of a New Compact Track Loader for Guysborough Municipal…

The Municipality of the District of Guysborough is seeking proposals for the provision of a new Compact Track Loader for the Municipal Public Works Department. The proposed machine shall be sized at approx. 66 HP, 953 kg rated operating capacity, with an operating weight not to exceed 4000 kg. All makes and models of new machines of similar size and capabilities will be considered.

Proposals must include complete specifications for the proposed machine, a repair and maintenance package, a standard 5-year warranty package and a scheduled maintenance plan. Any and all other benefit packages related to the maintenance and operations of the machine will be considered. The proposal package including minimum requirements and required submission forms are available from the undersigned.

The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Selection process for the purchase of this loader will consider the following: warranty package, overall suitability of loader and purchase price.

Sealed proposals plainly marked " Proposal - Compact Track Loader” will be received by the undersigned electronically or by mail, until 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
