RFP - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The City of Bell is seeking Proposals for RFP - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES to be submitted through the e-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/cityofbell , no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 .

The Bell Community Housing Authority (BCHA) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide turn-key Property Management Services (bilingual -Spanish). The City/BCHA manages two (2) mobile home parks (Florence Village Mobile Home Park, and Bell Mobile Home Park); and several multi-family and single-family properties for a total of 262 doors. We are seeking a firm that will accept to be paid on a “fixed fee per door” plus materials mark-ups only for work performed under the Agreement executed by the successful Contractor and the City/BCHA. Please note: this “fixed fee per door” will only be paid if the rent is collected for that month.
