RFP #26-0504 - PROPERTY AND LIABILITY INSURANCE (INSURANCE MARKETS)

OVERVIEW
Clarke County School District (¿CCSD¿) has engaged McNeary Consulting Services to prepare a Request for Proposal
(¿RFP¿) for the District¿s annual Property and Liability Insurance renewal, effective July 1, 2026.
McNeary Consulting Services¿ role in this RFP process includes assigning insurance markets, analyzing proposals,
and overseeing implementation of the District¿s insurance program. The resulting contract shall be awarded for a
period of five (5) years, subject to market conditions. McNeary Consulting Services is compensated solely by Clarke
County School District.

INSTRUCTIONS
Brokers and agents interested in participating in this RFP process must submit their requested insurance markets,
listed in order of priority, via email to:

Market requests must be received no later than 12:00 PM (EST) on February 27, 2026.
RFP PROCESS
RFP specifications, along with assigned markets, shall be released to all approved participants on March 5, 2026.
The market assignment process will seek to ensure that each participant receives at least one (1) of their top three
(3) requested markets. Consideration may also be given to brokerage volume with specific insurance carriers.

Clarke County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, and to
