NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING/SITE VISIT

There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting/site visit held on January 29, 2025, at 10:00 am (CST) at the French Market Plaza adjacent to the new pavilion at the northwest corner of Lot 3, at Main Street and the Illinois Prairie Path at Liberty Dr.

Attendance is required at the mandatory pre-proposal meeting/site visit for those wishing to submit a proposal. The City will not accept proposals from Vendors that did not attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting and sign the pre-proposal sign in sheet.
