RFP_Professional services to perform implementation of a microsoft 365-based intranet and collaboration platform (Sharepoint)

The City of Redwood City ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for the planning, design, implementation, and support of a Microsoft 365-powered digital workplace. At the center of this initiative will be the development of a modern SharePoint Online intranet hub, supported by the full Microsoft 365 suite—including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook—to enhance collaboration, document management, communication, and employee onboarding.

The selected firm will serve as the City's partner in executing a comprehensive digital workplace transformation. The project will address both technical implementation and cultural adoption, with an emphasis on governance, professional development, and long-term sustainability. Proposals are due on or before Monday, June 8, 2026, by 5:00 PM local time. Late proposals will not be accepted. Additional details are provided in the Request for Proposal packet linked below.
